Membership Details
A one year contract is required when initiating a Kosmetikos Club membership and yearly thereafter. The monthly membership fee will be processed on initiation of membership (or if requested on the first day of the following month), followed by the first business day of each month after, for the next eleven consecutive months. Two credit cards are required for initiation of membership. The designated primary credit card will be billed on a monthly basis, the secondary credit card will be kept on file as a back-up form of payment. The included monthly service must be received by the member by the last business day of each month or the member forfeits the service for that month. No refunds will be granted for un-used services, no exceptions apply. Early membership buy-out may be considered in some cases, at a minimum of $500. Prices and discounts are subject to change. Any changes will not be reflected in each individual account until the initiation of the next yearly contract. Membership discounts cannot be used in combination with any other discounts, specials offers or gift certificated. Some restrictions apply.
